Value £230,000. The Contract involved the conversion of an upper floor flat into offices and staff accommodation. The formation of a timber staircase between Ground and First Floor levels, complete window replacement and external render to rear. Formation of car park With finally the creation of a new reception area and refurbishment of the existing Doctors surgeries on ground floor, with the surgery in operation at all times. The work was completed on programme and in budget to both satisfaction and praise of client

Value £175,000.The client had previously gone to tender and been frightened off by the level of offers. In a discussion during the opening of the Medical Surgery, previously described, we were asked to consider as a design and build project. The contract was negotiated between January and June 2008 with site start 21st July 2008 and completion on programme 16 weeks later. The Contractor/Design Team/Client relationship throughout the project was excellent resulting in a building exceeding the Clients expectations. Currently the nursery is fully committed with 24 children enjoying the benefits
En-suite & Fire Escape Alterations, Abbeyfield Nursing Home, Bridge of Weir
Value £100,000. Tendered in competition. The works comprise removal of existing external fire escape stair and formation of new internal escape stair. The alterations to 6 No bedrooms to create en-suite facilities. All with the Nursing Home in full operation. Again as with the Nursery above the Contractor/Design Team/Client relationship was excellent. The bedrooms being turned round in a 12 working day period allowing the Nursing Home to maintain full operation
