Waterside Developments Ltd employs the same nucleus of Sub Contractors on all projects. We have established good working relationships over a number of years - we know their strengths and weaknesses and use them to their greatest efficiency and productivity. We maintain this relationship through pre-planning, excellent organisation and prompt payment.
Waterside Developments Ltd has no interest in financial recovery through a contractural claims policy. We believe that such a policy leads to distrust between Client and Contractor and prolongs any project, leaving both parties with a sense of dissatisfaction on settlement. In all situations we actively support claims avoidance and negotiated mutual agreement.
Waterside Developments utilises the services of CDM Scotland Ltd in all matters of Health and Safety. We invite them on site at regular intervals for Health & Safety inspection and checks. The reports of the visits are reviewed by Senior Management and implemented as necessary. All works are reviewed regularly for safe working practices the procedures are in place to eliminate dangerous practices
